Choose a channel
A connection puts your project’s agent in front of customers. Open the project, choose Connections, then Create connection.

Website
Section titled “Website”Choose Web Chat, give the connection a Name, and choose Create. Add a description if it helps identify the connection. The editor opens with a Messenger preview.
Follow Add the Messenger to a website to set its appearance and deploy it.
Telegram
Section titled “Telegram”Choose Telegram and name the connection. The form offers two setup paths:
- Create a bot for me: choose Create bot and continue in the private Telegram manager chat. Keep the setup page open and wait for Telegram’s ready message before opening the bot.
- Use my bot token: create a bot with BotFather, paste its token into Bot token, then choose Create.
Check the connection’s status before sharing the bot with customers. If managed setup isn’t available for your workspace, use the token path.
Human replies
Section titled “Human replies”Open the project’s Inbox to read customer conversations and take over a chat. A workspace Inbox brings together conversations from its projects.
