Archive and restore items
Move to trash archives an item so it can be restored. Delete permanently and Empty trash remove data permanently.
Archive a project
Section titled “Archive a project”Open Project settings → Basic, choose Move to trash, then read the archive impact in the confirmation. It includes the project’s blueprints, connections and data. Confirm only when the named project is the one you want to archive.
The project leaves the workspace’s Projects list. Open the workspace’s Settings → Trash to find it.
Restore an item
Section titled “Restore an item”- Open Settings → Trash in the parent scope that holds the archived item.
- Find its name and type.
- Choose Restore on that row.
- Return to the normal list and open the restored item.
Workspace trash holds archived projects. Organization trash holds archived workspaces. Project trash holds archived items belonging to that project.
Permanent deletion
Section titled “Permanent deletion”Restore anything needed before choosing Delete permanently or Empty trash. Archiving and permanent deletion are different actions. Restoring is unavailable after permanent deletion.
